Any order placed through this website is a request until Nams Bakery confirms availability, price and fulfilment arrangements with you. A basket or WhatsApp message does not guarantee stock, a fixed price or a confirmed booking.

Where prices are shown, they are indicative and may be confirmed or adjusted with you. Many products — especially custom and celebration cakes — are priced on request because they depend on size, design and ingredients. Final pricing is agreed on WhatsApp before fulfilment.

Product availability changes throughout the day. We confirm whether an item is available when you place or discuss your order on WhatsApp.

Custom cake designs, sizes, flavours and lead times are agreed with you before preparation. Please give us as much notice as possible, especially for weddings and large celebrations.

Collection is from one of our Eldoret branches. Delivery, where available, is arranged with us and may depend on location. Any delivery arrangements and related details are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Payment arrangements are agreed with the bakery when your order is confirmed. This website does not process payments and does not collect payment card details.

We aim to keep product names, codes, descriptions and images accurate and up to date. Product photographs shown may be sample placeholders until replaced with actual photographs of our products.
